Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms apply to services purchased from Achaibar Group Inc. o/a AutoDone ("AutoDone"). A signed service agreement, if any, takes precedence.

Plans and pricing

Starter "Reputation" CA$349/month, no setup fee. Growth "Lead Capture" CA$749/month plus CA$499 one-time setup. Autopilot "Booked-Jobs System" CA$1,750/month plus CA$999 one-time setup. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.

Billing and commitment

Plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe. Each plan has a 3-month minimum term, then continues month-to-month until cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Setup fees and refunds

Setup fees are due at signing and are non-refundable once onboarding work starts. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.

Usage

Each plan includes up to 500 SMS segments per month. Texting, voice and AI receptionist usage beyond that is billed at cost, with no markup, and itemized on your invoice.

Review guarantee

For Growth and Autopilot: if you do not receive at least 20 new Google reviews within 90 days of go-live, month 4 is free. The guarantee applies only if you send AutoDone every completed job (customer name plus mobile number or email) and average at least 40 completed jobs per month. Reviews are never bought, gated or faked.

Consent (CASL)

You are responsible for having valid consent for every contact you provide (express consent, or implied consent from a purchase within the last 2 years or an inquiry within the last 6 months) and for keeping records that prove it. AutoDone includes sender ID and unsubscribe in every message and honours opt-outs within 10 business days. You indemnify AutoDone for contact lists you supply.

Ownership and access

You own your Google profile, social pages, domain and customer data. AutoDone holds manager or partner access only, which is removed on cancellation.

AI tools

Website chat and AI receptionist tools capture lead details and hand off to a person; they do not quote prices. Review replies drafted by AI are approved before publishing.

No guarantee of results

Except for the review guarantee above, AutoDone does not guarantee specific leads, rankings, bookings or revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
