Achaibar Group Inc. o/a AutoDone ("AutoDone", "we") provides review, Google Business Profile, social, messaging and lead follow-up services to home-trade businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains how we handle personal information.

What we collect

• Clients: business and contact details, billing address and phone (collected by Stripe at checkout), and account access you grant us.
• Our clients' customers and leads: names, phone numbers, email addresses and job details that our clients supply or that are captured through missed-call text-back, website chat and lead forms.
• Website visitors: information you send us by email or phone.

How we use it

To deliver the services a client signed up for (review requests, lead replies, follow-up, reminders and reporting), to bill clients, and to respond to inquiries such as free audit requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to process payments (Stripe), send texts and email, run AI chat and store data. They process information only to provide those services.

Consent and anti-spam (CASL)

Clients are responsible for having valid consent for every contact they give us. Every commercial message we send includes sender identification and an unsubscribe option, and we honour opt-outs within 10 business days. To opt out, reply "STOP" or "unsubscribe", or email us.

Retention and access

We keep information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Client data belongs to the client; on cancellation our access is removed. You can ask to access or correct your personal information by emailing autodonetoday@gmail.com.
